The Customer Experience team is where Farmlands shows up for its shareholders, customers and internal teams. As a Customer Advisor, you’ll be the voice of Farmlands’ frontline, based in our Christchurch Support Office. You’ll build trusted relationships, solve problems with confidence, and support shareholders, customers and internal teams - working to clear standards of excellence with the autonomy to see things through and the support to grow as you go.
