Job Responsibility

  • Make sure the store is stocked with the things our customers need, as well as products that will spark new possibilities
  • Efficiency and safety will be vital
  • Explore new solutions and making decisions that will help grow our business, together

Requirements

  • Previous FLT experience essential
  • A great communicator who can think clearly and make sound plans no matter how busy things get
  • Organised and analytical thinker
  • Knows how to keep things simple
  • Knows how to work as a team – supporting your fellow colleagues and working through what you need to do, together
  • Happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working
  • Flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
