Job Responsibility

Become an expert advisor
An inspiration as well as a guide
The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects
Sales
Managing stock
Setting up displays
Making sure your store looks great
Help update our ranges in store by safely changing the layout and shining the spotlight on new, exciting products
In times where no change is happening, have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber
Provide truly great customer service

Requirements

A great communicator who can think clearly and make sound plans no matter how busy things get
Organised and analytical thinker
Know how to keep things simple
Know how to work as a team – supporting your fellow colleagues and working through what you need to do, together
Happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working
Great at working in a team
Flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
