Job Responsibility

  • Make sure the store is stocked with the things customers need, as well as products that will spark new possibilities
  • Ensure efficiency and safety
  • Explore new solutions and make decisions that will help grow the business

Requirements

  • A great communicator who can think clearly and make sound plans no matter how busy things get
  • Organised and analytical thinker
  • Know how to keep things simple
  • Know how to work as a team – supporting fellow colleagues and working through tasks together
  • Happy to expand skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working
  • Flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
