Job Responsibility

  • Manage incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails across multiple channels

Requirements

  • Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2+ level)
  • Strong phone handling skills with a customer-focused and attentive listening approach
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different customer profiles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
