Job Responsibility:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on satisfaction
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships through open, clear, and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information using the appropriate tools and processes
  • Achieve individual and team customer service targets, including call-handling KPIs
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and file documentation

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C1 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2+ level
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
  • Proven contact-handling skills with excellent active listening abilities
  • Clear and professional written communication skills for email handling
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of sensitive data handling
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
