Job Responsibility:
Responsible for channel and client customized activity calendars planning and development, leading customized activities' development and execution in collaboration with brand marketing and sales function
Monitoring customers' performance through periodical scorecards and reviews, being responsible for marketing brand building in key accounts
Participation in negotiation process with key customers, and ensuring high level of customers engagement
Responsible for POSM development along with Sales team to support marketing plan development for channels and customers
Estimation of growth opportunities in channel/particular customers, long-term channel activation strategies and annual activity plans development
Managing customer activation strategies development and its deployment
Preparation of customized selling story together with sales function as part of negotiation process
Driving Customer marketing capabilities
Collaborating with Sales, Brand Marketing and Category Leadership team during channel & customer strategies and activation plans development and execution
Planning and leading tailor-made and customized activity calendars and budget
Participating in meetings with key retailers in order to ensure effective business partnership and strategic planning, making activities reviews and shares learnings.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Having min 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, Customer/Trade Marketing, or Sales within the FMCG industry
Hands-on experience working with major customers
Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
Proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting and presentations
Fluent in English.
