Job Description:

Customer Account Specialist role at HPE Financial Services helping organizations create investment for digital transformation. The position manages customer lifecycle and collection process, serving as accounts receivable point of contact while ensuring effortless customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage customer lifecycle and collection process
  • Monitor, report, document and resolve payment deviations (payment delays)
  • Serve as accounts receivable point of contact for the customer
  • Resolve invoicing and payment queries
  • Ensure customer has effortless customer experience
  • Meet company's AR targets
  • Work closely with customer's accounts payable team to ensure payment
  • Work with internal functions to ensure all invoice payments are applied and closed
  • Provide proactive customer service
  • Support customer in understanding available channels to engage with company
  • Follow up mail/calls to customer on payments
  • Initiate collection steps to default customers
  • Manage external and internal queries
  • Design solutions to ensure smooth process
  • Cater to agreed customized solutions
  • Adhere to internal and external compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4-6 years related experience or Master's degree and 2-4 years experience
  • 4-6 years related experience in a telephone support position in a service or end-user support environment
  • 2 years experience in the microcomputer industry
  • Technical training in the company or other manufacturers' product lines
  • Working knowledge of the field of Customer Relations
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems software
  • Demonstrated writing/correspondence skills
  • Experience and demonstrated presentation skills
  • Knowledge of legal ramifications/conflicts in Customer Relations environment such as consumer rights and manufacturers' warranty responsibility
