This is a permanent role, joining a small team, reporting into a Team Lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for order processing, resolving customer issues, providing quotes, and supporting customer negotiations. Strong systems skills are needed as the Customer Account Manager will be entering orders into an ERP system and preparing quotes on a daily basis. Strong communication skills are required. Hours are 7:00-3:30.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or purchasing within the manufacturing industry
Proficiency in order processing and fulfillment
Strong ability to prepare quotes and support customer negotiations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with inventory management and supplier coordination
Competence in using internal systems for data entry and tracking
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
