Job Responsibility:
Account Leadership: Serve as the SPOC for high-level accounts, fostering strong customer relationships to expand and defend business
Program & Sales Management: Manage the full customer lifecycle, including proposal collaboration, new business identification, contract alignment, pricing, and new product introduction
Operational Coordination: Coordinate with internal Production, Proposals, and Support teams to ensure prompt customer response. Maintain accuracy in customer portals (e.g., promise dates, activity tracking)
Logistics Support & Compliance: Provide administrative backup for shipping, including documentation (BoL, invoices, export paperwork) and carrier communication. Ensure compliance with export control regulations
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in a Sales-related role, preferably in manufacturing
Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRP systems (e.g., Syteline)
Controlled Goods Clearance required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with shipping/logistics documentation
Occasionally required to lift or move up to 10 pounds
Specific vision requirements include close vision and color recognition
