Job Description

Robert Half is working with an established manufacturing company on the North Shore looking for a Customer Account Manager to join its team. This is a permanent role, joining a small team, reporting into a Team Lead.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or purchasing within the manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in order processing and fulfillment
  • Strong ability to prepare quotes and support customer negotiations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management and supplier coordination
  • Competence in using internal systems for data entry and tracking
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
