Job Responsibility

  • Expansion ownership: Grow revenue and NRR across a defined book of customers
  • Cross-sell & upsell: Drive adoption of new products, modules and use cases
  • MEDDIC discipline: Run a tight, structured sales process on every opportunity
  • Multi-threading: Build relationships with users, champions and economic buyers
  • Account planning: Maintain clear, simple growth and risk plans for each account
  • Customer meetings: Lead focused discovery, QBRs and commercial conversations
  • GTM collaboration: Work with Customer Success, Product and Marketing on plays

Requirements

  • SaaS background: Experience selling into an existing customer base in B2B SaaS
  • Expansion track record: Proven results in cross-sell, upsell or renewals
  • Process-driven: Comfortable using MEDDIC (or similar) in your day-to-day
  • Commercially sharp: Quickly link product capability to customer outcomes
  • Strong communicator: Clear, confident with senior and non-technical stakeholders
  • Organised operator: Good at prioritising accounts, tasks and follow-ups
  • Team player: Enjoys working closely with Customer Success and other GTM teams
  • Ambitious: Motivated by targets, growth and operating as a top performer
