Job Description:

Do you have an eye for color, a steady hand, and a passion for precision? We’re looking for a talented Custom Painter to bring bold designs and flawless finishes to life—one helmet at a time!

Job Responsibility:

  • Inspect helmet shells to verify model and size before painting
  • Check surfaces for pinholes, scratches, and evenness to ensure a perfect base
  • Review product color references and mix paint accurately to match project specs
  • Apply corrections and ensure paint compatibility across layers and finishes
  • Reproduce graphic designs using masking, shading, line tapes, and fine detailing techniques
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Department to meet design and quality standards
  • Verify that finished paintwork matches reference artwork with precision
  • Submit helmets to quality control and apply changes as needed to meet final approval

Requirements:

  • High school certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field
  • Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
  • Able to communicate in written and spoken English
  • Knowledgeable in paint materials—how to select, mix, and apply them
  • Precision-focused with a passion for craftsmanship and creativity
