Job Description:

This role involves managing high-profile clients, ensuring timely resolution of transactions, maintaining a control environment, and acquiring expertise in financial services operations within a global team based in Hungary. Job Responsibility:

Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients
Ensure transactions are investigated and resolved timely and professionally and in line with departmental standards
Escalate customer feedback, process delays and errors
Conduct necessary analyses to resolve problems, liaising with internal teams on escalation
Complete tasks such as reviews, audit preparation, capacity planning, reporting and maintain control environment

Requirements:

2-5 years of Cash and/or customer experience
Relevant experience in cash processing is essential
SWIFT MT and MX knowledge is required to understand complex transaction flows
Proven self-reliance and accountability and ability to manage risk
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders
Proven investigative and analytical skills
