Job Description

The Custodian Technician plays a key role in maintaining clean and professional office environments across our retail branches. This is a hands‑on, service‑oriented position focused primarily on independent routine cleanings while supporting a team-focused environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents
  • Respond to service requests and prioritizing work order response & closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs
  • Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers
  • Wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Vehicle maintenance as required

Requirements

  • One or more years of experience preferred
  • Demonstrate customer service skills & service oriented mindset
  • Competent use of iPad & iPhone
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License, required
