Requirements

Ability to meet physical demands of custodial work
VantageClear credential (or equivalent) or active security clearance
Reliable, consistent work ethic and adherence to safety procedures
Strong customer service and teamwork skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Job Responsibility

Clean and sanitize common areas, bathrooms, offices, and high-touch surfaces
Perform vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and scrubbing of floors
Clean windows, mirrors, fixtures, and furniture
Restock supplies, maintain inventories, and empty trash/recycling bins
Support general upkeep, including polishing, high/low dusting, and elevator cleaning
Adhere to strict safety and security policies while on site
Perform physical duties including standing, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
