This role is for a dedicated professional who takes pride in a pristine workspace and can manage the rigorous demands of a corporate and production environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Facility Maintenance: Lead the daily cleaning of the facility 5 times per week, including sweeping and dust mopping all floors, halls, and stairways
  • Sanitization Standards: Scrub and disinfect all restroom floors and fixtures to meet high-level hygiene standards
  • Specialized Deep Cleaning: Execute thorough deep cleaning of the facility and back stairwells twice per month to maintain superior care
  • Window & Glass Care: Clean all front door glass and thresholds, as well as all interior and exterior windows throughout the facility
  • Multi-Site Support: Provide janitorial services for an additional facility as required to support OnQ’s expansion
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of consumables, including hand soap, towels, toilet tissue, and seat covers
  • Waste Management: Empty all waste containers daily while maintaining the janitorial room in a neat and orderly condition
  • Surface Care: Dust all office furniture, telephones, ledges, woodwork, and light fixtures, and vacuum all carpets and rugs with spot cleaning as needed
  • Detailed Finishing: Remove finger marks from both sides of all entrance doors, interior doors, walls, and partitions
  • Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure facility excellence

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in professional janitorial or custodial services, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setting
  • Expert knowledge in the use of industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Proven record of maintaining consistent service schedules (5 times per week) and meeting strict deadlines
  • Ability to promptly relay facility needs or issues to leadership for resolution
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and move equipment or supplies as needed for facility maintenance
  • Proficiency in following detailed safety and maintenance checklists
