Job Description:

The Custodial Supervisor manages hourly associates and helps leadership plan, administer and direct all activities, ensuring compliance with the standards established by Aramark and the client. Focuses on meeting and exceeding operating goals, client objectives and customer needs, and delivering the services Aramark is contracted to provide. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to plan operations maintenance (POM) management.

Requirements:

  • Requires at least 2-3 years of experience in Custodial or Housekeeping
  • Requires at least 2 years of prior experience in mentoring and developing Union hourly associates
  • Must have previous Manufacturing or Industrial experience
  • Ability to demonstrate visionary leadership, balanced judgment and disciplined execution
  • High degree of integrity and business maturity
  • Demonstrated time management skills resulting in prioritizing time and resources accordingly
  • High energy
  • Ability to communicate effectively as the leader of a team
