Job Description:

The Custodial Supervisor manages hourly associates and helps leadership plan, administer and direct all activities, ensuring compliance with the standards established by Aramark and the client. Focuses on meeting and exceeding operating goals, client objectives and customer needs, and delivering the services Aramark is contracted to provide. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to plan operations maintenance (POM) management.

Supports compliance with Aramark Facilities Services and regulatory agency standards
Establishes and maintains effective communications and business relationships
Supports the operation by using Aramark tools such as WebTMA
Ensures consistent application and regular use of all ISIS Pro modules
Supports the development and growth of hourly associates
May lead the development of the hourly team
Responsible for the training, development and performance management of hourly associates as needed

Requirements:

Requires at least 2-3 years of experience in Custodial or Housekeeping
Requires at least 2 years of prior experience in mentoring and developing Union hourly associates
Must have previous Manufacturing or Industrial experience
Ability to demonstrate visionary leadership, balanced judgment and disciplined execution
High degree of integrity and business maturity
Demonstrated time management skills resulting in prioritizing time and resources accordingly
High energy
Ability to communicate effectively as the leader of a team
Demonstrate proven success in interfacing with a variety of organizational functions
Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services
Ability to drive a positive work environment and utilize effective communication skills at all levels of the organization
Requires strong interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
Ability to lead directly and through influence
