Custodial Services Worker

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
• Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensures security of company assets

• Ability to comprehend and practice food safety procedures
• Able to work in a limited climate control environment
• Understand and perform cleaning and sanitizing of equipment Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP’s)
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and machinery safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work modified shifts which may include weekends, or holidays if needed
• Required to wear Company-provided uniforms and safety gear

Previous experience in sanitation, janitorial, or custodial work in manufacturing is preferred but not required training will be provided
