Requirements:
Hold a Teaching qualification - minimum Cert Ed or PGCE
Hold a Degree or equivalent (including equivalent life / career experience)
Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
Have experience of implementing continuous quality assurance procedures
Have a track record successful partnership working
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate an ability to motivate and enthuse teams
Have excellent organisational skills to prioritise workload, and meet challenging deadlines and targets
Have experience of analysing trends and identifying impact on curriculum
Have good IT Skills
Have experience or proven ability to deliver Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2
Be able to demonstrate an ability to effectively manage a Functional Skills Team
