We are seeking a Curriculum Manager to join our team. In this role you will provide leadership within a department, supporting and deputising for the Head of Area when required. The role involves managing staff through recruitment, performance reviews, target setting, and development, while promoting wellbeing and engagement. Supporting student success by monitoring behaviour, performance, and pastoral care, aiming to improve recruitment, retention, and achievement. You will also be required to organises timetables, rooms, and registers to ensure effective resource use and lesson continuity. A key responsibility is leading internal quality assurance and driving curriculum improvement, including developing new courses and innovative teaching practices. They contribute to staff training and programme promotion, while also supporting budget and resource management. The role includes handling employee relations issues and maintaining professional standards. Curriculum Managers are expected to uphold safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, and health and safety policies, ensuring a high-quality learning environment and overall curriculum effectiveness.
Job Responsibility

Proven leadership experience, including team management, decision-making, and the ability to motivate and guide others

Experience of proactive curriculum development, promotion and marketing of programmes
Experience of developing effective learning and assessment materials
Experience of timetabling
Experience of inspiring, challenging and stretching learners during delivery
