Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Curriculum Developer and Teacher to design, enhance, and deliver impactful curricula tailored to Maharashtra State Board (SSC) standards for Marathi & Mathematics. The role focuses on shaping learning experiences for grades 1 to 10 and involves close collaboration with educators to ensure effective implementation in Hindi and Marathi mediums.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, review, and enhance Mathematics & Marathi curricula tailored to Maharashtra State Board (SSC) standards
  • Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and evaluation methods aligned with SSC board requirements
  • Provide guidance on teaching methodologies and strategies for delivering the developed curriculum effectively in Hindi and Marathi mediums
  • Collaborate with other educators to ensure consistency in curriculum implementation
  • Assess curriculum effectiveness through regular reviews and feedback mechanisms
  • Make improvements based on feedback from students and teaching staff
  • Collaborate with the Developers and Testers to get the errors corrected

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate
  • Preferred - Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in primary or middle school
  • Experience with the Maharashtra State Board (SSC) is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Marathi
  • Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi for curriculum development and teaching
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with SSC, CBSE, or ICSE standards and curriculum design
  • Proficiency in using laptops and online resources for curriculum development

Nice to have:

  • Experience with the Maharashtra State Board (SSC) is preferred
  • Candidates with experience in CBSE or ICSE are encouraged to apply
