Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute an orientation program for owners to introduce them to the OTM lifestyle and better understand their interests, preferences, and specific requests
  • Work with the General Manager to update and reinforce service standards and SOPs, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up with staff for proper execution
  • Oversee the Concierge program and develop partnerships and relationships that enhance the OTM owner experience
  • Build, maintain, and update the resident database in VertiLinc, ensuring staff is informed of all relevant updates
  • Develop and facilitate in-house programming and special events (including holidays) for owners by leveraging relationships within the arts, including music, dance, theatre, fitness, fine art, and food & beverage
  • Facilitate unique programming for OTM owners by leveraging relationships with leaders in South Florida's arts and entertainment scene, including performing arts centers, museums, sporting events, film, food, and wine experiences
  • Communicate arrival and departure information, as well as special requests, to all relevant staff members. Ensure proper coordination and execution of all arrivals and departures
  • Work with the General Manager to establish the budget for lifestyle programming and events
  • Oversee the transportation program, including house cars, helipad operations, helicopter charters, yachting, private jets, and related services
