Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist to focus on culture and talent development, helping to create an engaging and growth-oriented environment for employees. In this role, you will collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement programs that enhance organizational culture, support career progression, and improve team performance. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing training, leadership development, or engagement programs
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where processes are evolving
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, and commitment to quality

  • Builds technical talent pipeline that contributes to the successful recruitment and retention of highly skilled professionals for CNI IT positions
  • Analyzes specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes. Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Focus on reducing time-to-hire and ensuring recruitment top talent
  • Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
