Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement initiatives that reinforce organizational culture and enhance employee engagement
Create and deliver leadership and employee development programs tailored to individual and team growth
Provide tools and resources to clarify career paths, expectations, and opportunities for advancement
Facilitate discussions on talent development and ensure effective follow-through to support growth
Organize and execute engagement activities such as surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions
Monitor participation and evaluate the impact of development programs using measurable outcomes
Update and refine tools, resources, and documentation to enhance leadership and employee development
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess needs and deliver practical solutions
Contribute to broader HR initiatives and maintain a team-oriented approach
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Learning & Development
Proven track record in designing and implementing training, leadership development, or engagement programs
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where processes are evolving
Excellent attention to detail, strong follow-through, and commitment to quality
Self-driven and passionate about creating programs that foster employee development and success
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
