Job Description:

CSIRO is seeking a Culture Project Manager who will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and culture champion, facilitating open communication and collaboration to support an inclusive and productive culture. You will lead initiatives to identify key influencing factors, enhance engagement, and foster shared responsibility among staff and leaders, while recognising CDSCC as a unique workplace.

Job Responsibility:

Drive culture initiatives to strengthen engagement and collaboration
Partner with leaders and staff to define and embed the desired workplace culture
Design and implement strategies, workshops, and activities to promote shared responsibility
Coach leaders to build capability in culture-focused practices
Monitor and report on culture progress, using insights to inform improvements
Identify and overcome barriers to foster a positive, inclusive workplace
Collaborate with HR and Organisational Development to align initiatives with organisational goals
Uphold CSIRO's values, diversity, and workplace policies

Requirements:

Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in change management, organisational development, psychology or human resources
Proven experience in culture change management, employee engagement, and/or organisational development roles
Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to design and implement culture or engagement initiatives with measurable outcomes
Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting employee survey data and culture metrics
Collaborative and empathetic approach, skilled in building trust and motivating teams

Nice to have:

Experience working in diverse and complex organisational environments
Formal change management accreditation
