Job Description

The Culture and Engagement Lead will be responsible for shaping and driving initiatives that foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performing workplace culture and leading Employee Value Proposition (EVP). You will lead employee engagement strategies, wellbeing programmes, culture-building initiatives, employee listening efforts, and external recognition award submissions to bring to life our ambition of being #1 for People.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development of our cultural integration strategy and plans, using external best practice and internal insights to form recommendations
  • Lead programmes and campaigns that promote and embed our cultural pillars
  • Customer First, One Team and Unrivalled Pace
  • Collaborate with leaders to embed cultural pillars and behaviours into daily operations, ways of working and decision-making
  • Support the development and activation of our EVP framework, continuously reviewing and monitoring it’s effectiveness and identifying opportunities to further embed or enhance, as required
  • Champion employee wellbeing across physical, mental, social, and financial pillars
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop wellbeing programs and resources
  • Foster a culture of wellbeing, ensuring people leaders promote and support wellbeing within their teams
  • Measure and report on wellbeing metrics and participation to demonstrate impact
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Communications, DEI, Learning and senior leaders to align engagement and culture initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in designing and leading culture projects which create exceptional employee experiences
  • Previous experience in culture transformation through change
  • Strong programme management skills and familiarity with agile ways of working
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and execution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, culture, wellbeing or HR-related roles
