Job Description:

You will coordinate the Employee Opinion Survey, manage compliance-based training programs, and support cultural change initiatives while working for the NSW Government in a full-time contract role.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinating the Employee Opinion Survey, including setup, communication plans, driving participation, and translating insights into actions
Overseeing key compliance-based training programs like first aid and ensuring essential knowledge delivery

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in the delivery of engagement and/or cultural surveys
Relevant tertiary or experience.
Demonstrated experience in the development of leadership programs
Experience in developing systems and processes to support cultural change
Project management and facilitation skills
