Job Description:

Green Dot Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cultivation Specialist I to support day-to-day operations within our cultivation facilities in Arizona. This role is critical to maintaining plant health, production quality, and operational consistency across all stages of the cultivation lifecycle. Working closely with the Cultivation team, this position supports the execution of core cultivation activities, ensures accurate recordkeeping, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-performing cultivation operation while contributing directly to the quality and consistency of our products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support all stages of the plant lifecycle, including cloning, vegetative growth, and flowering
  • Perform plant care tasks such as feeding, transplanting, pruning, and monitoring plant health
  • Identify and escalate plant health concerns as needed
  • Assist with harvesting, drying, and curing processes
  • Execute Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices in accordance with established procedures
  • Maintain accurate production and compliance records, including daily checklists and system tracking
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant cultivation environment
  • Assist with facility upkeep, including sanitation, waste handling, and general maintenance tasks
  • Support cross-functional teams and cultivation operations across locations as needed
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and state cannabis regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a commercial cannabis facility
  • Prior experience cultivating cannabis preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must possess and maintain a current FA badge
  • Reliable transportation required
