Job Description

Green Dot Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cultivation Specialist I to support day-to-day operations within our cultivation facilities. This role is critical to maintaining plant health, production quality, and operational consistency across all stages of the cultivation lifecycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Support all stages of the plant lifecycle, including cloning, vegetative growth, and flowering
  • Perform plant care tasks such as feeding, transplanting, pruning, and monitoring plant health
  • Assist with harvesting, drying, and curing processes
  • Execute Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices in accordance with established procedures
  • Maintain accurate production and compliance records, including use of systems such as Metrc
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant cultivation environment
  • Assist with facility upkeep, including sanitation, waste handling, and general maintenance tasks
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and state cannabis regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have and maintain an active MED Badge
  • Prior experience cultivating or working with cannabis plants preferred
  • Familiarity with agricultural or horticultural practices is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable transportation required
