Requirements

Horticulture and/or Agriculture experience, 1+ years (preferred)
Production/Manufacturing experience, 1+ years (preferred)
Cannabis Industry experience (preferred)
Basic math, organizational, and computer Skills
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Active and valid government issued photo identification
21 years of age or older
Ability to obtain and maintain Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtained upon hire) in accordance with State law.

Job Responsibility

Support and assist the Cultivation Flowering Supervisor(s) and Manager(s) in all aspects of cannabis plant management within the department
Maintaining the flowering room(s) and accomplishing all harvest processes of the plant
Perform all day-to-day plant routine maintenance throughout the growth, harvesting and cure stages
Follow proper plant pruning, moving, trellising harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing processes and protocols according to company guidelines
Conduct routine cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and tidy work area
Assist with daily inspections for pests, pathogens, mold, fungi, disease, or other undesired conditions
Regularly update logs pertinent to job scope
Assist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success

Job Responsibility

Operate and maintain fertigation systems, including Dosatrons, reservoirs, and drip irrigation lines
Conduct routine system checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on irrigation equipment to ensure consistent performance
Monitor and collect runoff data to validate proper nutrient and water delivery, adjusting schedules as needed
Ensure open sprinkler irrigation schedules are delivering proper irrigation volumes aligned with plant growth stage and environmental demands
Maintain accurate logs of irrigation schedules, nutrient mixes, EC/PPM/pH levels, and corrective actions taken
Assist with all aspects of cultivation, including vegetative, flowering, and harvest operations
Participate in bucking, trimming, and plant handling whenever fertigation tasks are complete
Collaborate with cultivation leadership to align fertigation strategy with overall crop planning and production goals
Provide guidance and training to cultivation staff on fertigation practices and system operation
Model professional conduct, teamwork, and attention to detail, setting the standard for cultivation teams
