Job Description

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts in Croatia for Summer 2026. We are recruiting for a variety of Culinary positions including Steward, Cook, Pastry Chef, Butcher and Chef de Partie. Seasonal contracts are from 1st April to 31st October 2026. You will need to be available for the full contract duration.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality food according to the hotel’s standards
  • Assisting in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Supporting the team in daily kitchen operations, including stocking, cleaning, and equipment maintenance
  • Following recipes and portion control to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential for entry-level positions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Must be a resident of either Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia, Chile, Argentina or Mexico
  • A good level of English to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
