Join Our Culinary Excellence Team! We’re looking for a Culinary Systems Specialist who will play a vital role in shaping and supporting our culinary operations. In this position, you’ll be the backbone of our culinary systems, ensuring our recipe databases, ingredients, menus, and operational tools are accurate, consistent, and ready to support teams across the country. As a key member of the Culinary Team, you will help maintain the integrity of all culinary data, enabling seamless Culinary Development, strong alignment with Supply Chain, and smooth execution for Field Culinary teams. Your work will directly contribute to the quality, innovation, and efficiency of our national culinary programs. Job Responsibility:

  • Management of PRIMA Web Master (PWM) & PRIMA Web (PW)
  • Create, update, and maintain Master Ingredients (MIs)
  • Provide systems support for inventory module management
  • Source, maintain, and validate nutritional and allergen data
  • Support recipe entry, updates, and maintenance
  • Support creation and maintenance of menu constructs across all lines of business
  • Culinary Systems Liaison to Supply Chain Management (SCM)
  • Ensure correct product identification and application in PRIMA Web Master
  • Support maintenance of the Key Ingredient List (KIL)
  • Assist with SKU rationalization and substitution identification
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure system and product alignment
  • Culinary Systems Link to Field Culinary Teams
  • Support collaboration, insights, and feedback from Field Culinary Teams
  • Ensure systems, tools, and resources align with field needs
  • Assist with troubleshooting system-related issues

Requirements:

  • Recognized post-secondary education in Food, Nutrition, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a food, nutrition, or culinary-related industry
  • Strong computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Solid culinary math and recipe writing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience with recipe database or culinary management systems is an asset
