Job Description:

The Alinea Group is partnering with Big Sky Resort for an exciting restaurant residency in Big Sky, Montana this winter season. Seeking passionate, detail-oriented culinary professionals for a variety of positions including Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, and Tournant Chef.

Job Responsibility:

Help bring an exceptional dining experience to one of the country’s most beautiful winter destinations

Requirements:

  • Proven culinary experience and a strong commitment to excellence
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • A team-first mindset, especially during high-demand periods
  • Genuine enthusiasm for food, beverage, and guest experience
  • Must be available for peak holiday service, including Christmas and New Year's
  • Full-time residency in Big Sky is required during the season
