Job Responsibility:
Assist chefs with basic food preparation and daily kitchen tasks
Support mise en place and ensure ingredients are prepared according to standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all work areas
Follow standard recipes and assist with plating and presentation
Adhere to HACCP, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
Support different kitchen sections and assist during events and service periods
Requirements:
Strong interest in culinary arts and hospitality
Culinary school enrollment or recent graduation is an advantage
Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment
