Your Apprenticeship as an Apprentice Chef #wewilltrainyou. During your 3-year apprenticeship as a chef, you will gain hands-on experience across our diverse kitchen concepts and develop strong culinary skills step by step.
Job Responsibility:
Work in the breakfast kitchen to learn fundamentals of preparation, organization, and quality standards.
Support the à la carte lunch business, gaining first insights into live service and classic cooking techniques.
Rotate into the banquet kitchen to learn preparing food for events, seminars, and large-scale functions.
Gain experience in Purchasing & Logistics, learning about ordering, stock management, and workflow behind the scenes.
Get a short inside look into our restaurant operations, discovering how kitchen and service work together.
Focus on à la carte evening service, developing professional skills and refining cooking techniques during late shifts.
Work in diverse areas: Food Truck – learn to prepare smash burgers perfectly.
Pizza Station – master the pizza oven and art of pizza making.
Main Kitchen – dive into authentic Italian cuisine.
Bali Brunch – help create creative and flavorful vegan dishes.
