Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic CTP specialist with a passion for driving the future of CTP programs with Beneco. This is your opportunity to take ownership of the CTP space and build long-term relations with clients and insurers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Driving initiatives and new products within the CTP space
  • Be the go-to person for all things CTP, driving the development of new initiatives, products and resources
  • Co-create and refine CTP education resources and training programs designed to build capability and understanding of the CTP space across the business
  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with all key customers in the CTP space including understanding their evolving needs, and providing proactive service delivery
  • Drive business growth through the acquisition of new customers and managing current client needs with excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory industry standards while maintaining Beneco’s reputation for integrity and excellence

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in an allied health-related field
  • Solid and current understanding of CTP legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Strong understanding of injury management
  • Experience in Return to Work (RTW) or Return to Life (RTL) processes (highly advantageous)
  • Leadership and initiative
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
