We are searching for a hands-on CTO who can win projects, inspire a team of digital consultants, and deliver good stories at our client. To succeed in the role a strong understanding of how to digitalize processes, preferably in Pharma and Life Science.
Job Responsibility:
Solve real pharma problems through digitalization: translate regulated business needs into scalable digital solutions
Be the “trusted advisor”: build senior client relationships and expand accounts through value creation
Set technical direction: guide architecture, tooling choices, and best practices across analytics, automation, and software development
Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team (data, engineering, automation, software and project leadership)
Sell and shape projects: drive lead generation, build proposals, and close opportunities
Own delivery end-to-end: scope, plan, and execute projects. Deliver good stories at our client base
Build culture: create a team environment where people learn fast, collaborate, and take ownership
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in a leadership role (consulting, digital product/services, or tech-enabled transformation)
Proven ability to sell and deliver digital project
Strong understanding of one or more areas: data & analytics, automation, digital transformation, software/app development
Experience working with (or selling into) pharma / life sciences or other regulated industries is a big plus
Confident communicator who can engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders
Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on when needed
Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:

An overall understanding GxP/GMP mindset and the stakeholder complexity in this type of industry is seen as an advantage
