At Emendo Digital, we design, build, and manage digital solutions, helping organizations turn technology into real business impact through advanced analytics and AI, data visualization, software development and automation. Emendo Digital is part of Emendo Consulting Group, a group of companies dedicated to solve complex challenges in highly regulated industries, especially within pharmaceuticals, where innovation and compliance must go hand in hand. We are searching for a hands-on CTO who can win projects, inspire a team of digital consultants, and deliver good stories at our client. To succeed in the role a strong understanding of how to digitalize processes, preferably in Pharma and Life Science.

Job Responsibility

  • Solve real pharma problems through digitalization: translate regulated business needs into scalable digital solutions
  • Be the “trusted advisor”: build senior client relationships and expand accounts through value creation
  • Set technical direction: guide architecture, tooling choices, and best practices across analytics, automation, and software development
  • Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team (data, engineering, automation, software and project leadership)
  • Sell and shape projects: drive lead generation, build proposals, and close opportunities
  • Own delivery end-to-end: scope, plan, and execute projects. Deliver good stories at our client base
  • Build culture: create a team environment where people learn fast, collaborate, and take ownership

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role (consulting, digital product/services, or tech-enabled transformation)
  • Proven ability to sell and deliver digital project
  • Strong understanding of one or more areas: data & analytics, automation, digital transformation, software/app development
  • Experience working with (or selling into) pharma / life sciences or other regulated industries is a big plus
  • Confident communicator who can engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on when needed
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)

  • Experience working with (or selling into) pharma / life sciences or other regulated industries is a big plus
  • An overall understanding GxP/GMP mindset and the stakeholder complexity in this type of industry is seen as an advantage
