CT Technologist

• Performing high-quality (CT) procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams
• Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance
• Collaborate with radiologists to provide optimal imaging results
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards
• Educate patients on the CT process and answer any patient questions
• Work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety
• Deliver high-quality imaging services, ensuring both the comfort and safety of patients
• Operating and calibrating GE equipment
• Preparing patients for their procedures, which include administering IV contrast & patient positioning
• Providing clear explanations & education about the process
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - State Radiologic Health Branch
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
• Licensed Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - DOH
• Driver's License - DMV
• Registered Technologist in Computer Tomography - ARRT
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT - ARRT
• Positions designated as requiring a level II Background (A detailed fingerprint-based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.
