Job Description:

CSP BU Executive will be responsible for implementing GT plans for the assigned BU. This person will wear the execution hat for the CSP team and will hold the end-to-end execution of the decided plans and category/channel JTBDs. This person should have a good understanding of the GT sales ecosystem across stakeholders, execution, channel, and infrastructure. He/she will be responsible for all holding execution for the BU/brands assigned to them and will be expected to bring channel-specific insights to the table. He/she will be expected to have strong stakeholder management skills as the role will involve interacting with diverse stakeholders – SC, Finance, DP, Channel SMEs & CSP Geography Teams

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement GT plans for the assigned BU
  • Wear the execution hat for the CSP team and hold the end-to-end execution of the decided plans and category/channel JTBDs
  • Be responsible for all holding execution for the BU/brands assigned
  • Bring channel-specific insights to the table
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills
  • Responsible for getting the execution right and ensuring implementation is happening OTIF
  • Activation of channel-specific plans
  • Engaging with channel and branch counterparts to ensure smooth operational flow of the business
  • Understand the business performance by triangulating the problem by looking at internal and external data, and suggest a plan of action to grow the business
  • Work closely with CSP BU manager to make a rolling 3-month sales plan and a 6-month sales plan with an overall growth delivery mindset
  • Liaise with the branch and convert Category JTBDs to channel / branch JTBDs and be able to act on them
