Job Description:

The CSG Relationship Manager is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes. The role integrates subject matter expertise within a defined area and requires understanding of how areas collectively integrate within sub-functions. The position evaluates moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact and requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate material from multiple sources.

Job Responsibility:

  • Calls on clients to deepen relationships and proactively own client needs
  • Serves as clients' contact point for customer service issues
  • Introduces solutions to clients in building effective portfolios
  • Works with product specialists to structure customized solutions
  • Works on on-boarding and retention of clients ensuring KYC compliance
  • Identifies cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet
  • Drives innovation in client solutions
  • Supports Senior Relationship Managers in structuring deals
  • Maximizes client experience by sharing market updates
  • Assists in research and identification of prospective clients
  • Networks with clients for new business opportunities
  • Prepares/oversees new transaction submissions & annual reviews
  • Actively protects Citi's assets and reputation from credit risk
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Sound knowledge of banking and investment products and process
  • Track record of providing sound banking and financial advice and solutions to clients
  • Demonstrates core credit skills
  • Demonstrates an intermediate level of Early Warning Detection skills
  • Demonstrates ability to close deals and proficiently manage the credit origination process
  • Demonstrates advanced understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling and statement analysis
  • Ability to work effectively in team setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
