twentyAI are supporting a leading financial markets business with a CSDR Regulatory project for 9 months based in London. This will be an inside IR35 project. Hybrid working environment. Immediate start. They are looking for a subject matter expert in Central Securities Depository Regulation (CSDR) with strong experience in post-trade infrastructure and financial markets compliance. This role is critical to ensuring that the Digital Securities Depository (DSD) meets all regulatory requirements while enabling innovative product development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the DSS Gate 2 application process, ensuring timely and accurate submission
  • Embedded in product workshops and design sessions to advise on compliance implications and regulatory feasibility
  • Act as the bridge between product teams and Compliance, ensuring that solutions are both compliant and commercially viable
  • Own and manage DSS Gate 2 submission, including documentation, evidence gathering and regulatory engagement
  • Develop sustainable compliance frameworks and controls for digital securities workflows
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely updates to product design and governance
  • Provide expert guidance on CSDR and its impact on product design and operating models

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in CSDR an post-trade infrastructure
  • Proven experience in regulatory submission and compliance oversight within financial market infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of securities lifecycle (issuance, settlement, custody) and operational models
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable product specifcations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience in client-facing discussions
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and ability to influence cross-functional teams
