Job Responsibility:
Process actions from CSC worklists with attention to detail (ex: beneficiary changes, reinstatements, loans and cash surrenders)
Analyze member inquiries
determine steps for resolution
and accurately process within required timeframes
Maintain accuracy on key financial and administrative tasks
Stay productive and manage your workflow independently
Collaborate when needed by reaching out to trainers and team members
Requirements:
Self‑motivated, disciplined, and strong at managing time independently
Successful working remotely or in a hybrid environment
Not afraid to ask questions and collaborate with trainers or teammates
Nice to have:
Prior Microsoft Teams experience (including screen sharing)
