The Customer Service Center Processing Representative role is perfect for focused, heads‑down processors who thrive in a task‑driven environment. This role of the CSC Processing Rep is critical to the processing department and ideal for someone who enjoys staying “in the zone” and moving work forward efficiently.

Job Responsibility

  • Process actions from CSC worklists with attention to detail (ex: beneficiary changes, reinstatements, loans and cash surrenders)
  • Analyze member inquiries

  • Manage large, complex transmission projects in Massachusetts in a multi-external stakeholder environment to ensure all phases of approved projects are completed efficiently and within scope, on schedule, and within budget
  • Work closely with management personnel in Transmission Asset Management, Transmission Planning, Design, Land Planning, Construction and Test, Finance, Regulatory Relations, Legal, and Purchasing
  • Represent Eversource as the expert witness for ISO-NE CSC and other regulatory evidentiary proceedings
  • Utilize proven leadership skills to manage team member’s performance and develop the individuals through developmental behavior interaction techniques
  • Overall responsibility for the management of all aspects of projects including the coordination of regulatory approvals and interface with regulators and local elected officials and town department managers

  • Insure that all aspects of the projects are documented and completed in accordance with company policies and all regulations and laws
