We are currently seeking a CSAS Logistics Officer to safely manage and control vehicle and pedestrian movements across our Olympia site. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient traffic flow, minimising risks, enforcing Traffic Regulation Orders, and delivering a high standard of service to visitors, clients, and operational teams.
Job Responsibility:
Understand, enforce and manage Traffic Regulation Orders
Control vehicular movements on external roads to support safe access/egress to car parks
Exercise authorised Police Powers where applicable
Override traffic signal phasing when required
Understand operational, site layout and emergency procedures in full
Immediately report major incidents to the Operations Manager and produce detailed incident reports
Ensure daily adherence to site KPIs
Promote safe working practices and excellent customer service
Requirements:
Strong oral communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with visitors, clients and staff
Team‑player with the ability to work proactively and take initiative
Professional, reliable and trustworthy
Able to deal effectively with difficult visitors and escalate issues appropriately
Highly presentable and flexible in working hours
Adaptable, proactive and “can‑do” in approach
Accredited within the relevant CSAS qualifications
