Manages complex stand-alone projects or sub-projects in own or related competence domain or technical area. Projects typically involve a number of stakeholders and different departments, which requires understanding of the processes and interdependencies between departments. Is able to influence others. A Technical Project Lead in JG8 typically scores "medium" on 1 or 2 elements that impact the complexity of the project, and "low" on the others: - Technical disciplines involved; - Size of the project team; - Time horizon of planning activities; - Difficulty in dealing with external suppliers; - Number of stakeholders with different interests or objectives; - Strategic influencing of stakeholders required; - Number of internal sectors involved; - Extent to which a product or solution is new to ASML; - Business pressure; - Additional difficulties (immature team, new ways of working, etc). This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
