Job Description

Own project‑based manpower planning for UIR installations, upgrades, and relocations to support upcoming ramp‑up demand. Coordinate closely with local Operations teams to translate project needs into executable manpower plans. Work hand‑in‑hand with KM to align manpower plans with training, OJT, and cross‑skill enablement, accelerating team readiness. Act as the local planning focal point, ensuring alignment with WW UIR planners on resource gaps, fly‑in support, and priority adjustments. Participate in and present in WW planning meetings and act as the global interface for Taiwan UIR manpower topics. Independently manage daily planning activities while ensuring effective collaboration with operations teams. Lead planning and capability‑building projects to improve flexibility, scalability, and responsiveness of UIR manpower models. Drive cross‑regional alignment with WW planners on mid‑ to long‑term capacity strategy. Contribute to structural improvements linking manpower planning, KM, and operational execution.
