Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise daily team operations and ensure team targets are met
  • Participate in customer service activities, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Train, develop, and support team members, managing performance and individual action plans
  • Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining oversight, accountability, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with other departments and escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager when needed

Requirements:

  • + 2 years of experience as a team leader or in a related role within the maritime sector
  • Naval, nautical, or maritime-related studies are highly valued
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with CRM systems
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Full professional level of Spanish
  • Full professional level of English
