CS Platinum Consultant L4

• Integrate CS with Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI-CO) and other modules
• Manage master data: equipment, installed base, functional locations and serial numbers
• Lead the requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap workshops, blueprinting and solution documentation and design
• Participate in end-to-end project activities including configuration, unit/integration/UAT, cut-over, go-live and hypercare
• Provide post-production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis and continuous improvement

• Must have 14 years of experience in CS
• Must have detailed SAP CS processes knowledge including service orders, warranties, notifications, service contracts, repairs and returns
• Must have experience in the preparation of functional design and deliver solutions that improve service operations and customer satisfaction
• Must be able to integrate CS with Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Finance (FI-CO) and other modules

• Must have 8 years of relevant experience in SAP along with strong sales domain in any of the industries like FMCG, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Retail, Pharma, Cement, Textiles
• Must be able to join immediately, within 30 days or be serving notice period
• Mandatory Skills: SAP CS, SAP S/4 HANA Implementation, SAP GST, SAP SD/CS

SAP Certification is an advantage
