CS - EUV E2E Continuous Improvement Project Lead - Hsinchu

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive Product related Performance such as Availability/XLD/LHM improvements from analysis to execution by partnering with headquarters and local teams
  • Translate data insights into actionable solutions, enabling system performance improvement through structured reporting and roadmap-driven execution
  • Own Taiwan XLD data quality through weekly alignment with local teams
  • Improve XLD intake process and IRM workflow for better issue tracking and solution management
  • Manage Top-X XLD issues and deliver bi-weekly updates to customers and management
  • Drive follow-up actions and ensure closed-loop problem resolution
  • Collaborate with WS Product Leads (PL) and central to define solution plans
  • Lead rollout of Golden Packages and track field execution
  • Work with customers to implement performance solutions (Patches, FCA, FCO, etc.)
  • Remove execution blockers in coordination with WS PL/TL
  • Ensure XLD-related performance issues are resolved end-to-end
  • Drive alignment to meet system performance targets and KPIs
  • Propose ROI-based solutions to customers and site stakeholders
  • Share solution updates, insights, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering
  • 2+ years experience in: ASML 2nd Line Engineering (internal), or Lithography equipment / semiconductor field (external)
  • Strong project management capability
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Data analytics and database knowledge (Insight preferred)
  • Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
  • Power BI and Python (data analysis)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations
