As an EHS SAPA Specialist, you will be responsible for SAPA including EHS planning and audit functions.
Job Responsibility:
Be responsible for the operation and governance of the Safety and Health Management System, ensuring compliance with SAPA(Serious Accident Punishment Act) and Korean OSH legal requirements
Develop and maintain the Industrial Health & Safety plan aligned with the ASML EHS roadmap, translating legal requirements and EHS objectives into actionable activities
Coordinate and monitor EHS activities across the CS County/Region to ensure alignment with the Safety and Health Management System and SAPA requirements
Manage CS County/Region EHS dashboard/KPI’s and secures safety incident reporting and follow-up process (including management review)
Coordinate Safety Awareness initiatives that drive a Safety First culture that encourages and rewards proper safety behavior, promotes openness and a high level of enthusiasm and morale
Identify best practices and lead continual improvement initiatives to reduce level of risk on work process, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices
Define the EHS training and communication framework, set content standards, and provide subject‑matter guidance to management and staff
Monitors and controls ISO 45001 Safety Management System, acting as the system owner for EHS procedures and management frameworks
Drive site safety audits to ensure internal and external compliance
Define and manage a framework to ensure EHS records and reports are consistently maintained and submitted in accordance with internal procedures and legal requirements
Make sure to keep the latest version of sever accident response procedure and emergency network liaising with 'Corporate Crisis Management Plan', and do maintain a periodic document review and drill
Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in the field of occupational safety and health
Certificate of industrial safety engineer or equivalent qualification thereof
Solid knowledge and practical experience in SAPA compliance
Knowledge and experience of ISO45001
Strong skills in managing EHS KPIs, analyzing data, and preparing reports on improvements areas
Analytic, abstract thinking, good communication skills, initiative, independent, sharing knowledge, stress tolerance and teamwork
Good written and spoken English with Didactical skills and Cultural awareness
Experience working in operation and/or field and have understanding of wow
Nice to have:
Preferable Bachelor’s degree in an EHS related study or comparable safety related studies/experience
