The CS E/M Engineer, part of the Customer Service department, will be responsible for all after-sales activities. This role primarily involves electrical and mechanical maintenance in a field of automation and warehouse system management.
Job Responsibility
Keep all E80 system components running smoothly through regular inspections and maintenance, whether scheduled or due to breakdowns
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks
Perform corrective maintenance or troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on machines
Calibrate or configure individual machines or devices
Handle partial or complete upgrades or modifications on outdated systems
Prepare reports and spare parts lists after completing work
Monitor the E80 system's performance, reporting any problems or issues to the appropriate managers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering preferred
a background in Mechatronics is considered a strong plus
Experience in the automation and/or material handling industry preferred, with exposure to industrial equipment, systems maintenance, or automated processes
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with the ability to apply this expertise in field operations
Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical schematics is required
Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to other technical professionals and cross functional stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team oriented environment
